o IMPROVEMENT: Add "Extra Remind Options" setting to TkRemind.

o IMPROVEMENT: Enable warning-free compilation even with gcc -Wextra flag.

o IMPROVEMENT: Warn if "OMIT a THROUGH b" has a > b.

o SYNTACTIC SUGAR: Make "SCANFROM -n" the same as "SCANFROM [today() - n]"

o BUG FIX: Don't dump expired reminders when dumping queue.
