In Remind, $Latitude and $Longitude are expressed as real numbers
(decimal degrees) with $Latitude ranging from -90.0 to 90.0 and
$Longitude from -180.0 to 180.0.  (Because Remind doesn't have
a native floating-point type, you have to set them as
strings in the reminder file, like this: SET $Latitude "45.773")
