[Remind-Fans] Faking the time zone (was Re: sun moon data)

I looked up WGS84. All I found was a lot of advanced stuff about
ellipsoids, but no examples. Typical geek stuff.

Can you give a sample usage?

Does it do decimal degrees?

Or is it degrees, minutes, and seconds with decimal points somewhere?
