Hi,
Gary, unless I overlooked something, this is intentional. In those places, `exit` is triggered before `tput civis` is even executed (*i.e.*, on `remint.sh --h` or when the input argument doesn't match any rule, in which case the script functions that contain `tput civis` are not run).
Justin, yes, I'm happy to take PRs! I may just not always be quick to review them. As you've seen, I'm a beginner and the average Remind userbase likely is much more knowledgeable than I am with coding, so PRs should be very welcome!
There is also an issue tracker where bugs can be reported without spamming this list too much: https://sr.ht/~mlaparie/remint/trackers I am sorry for the clutter in all of you's emails in the last couple days. My arrival in the mailing list was quite a noisy one. :<
Cheers,
M
