[Remind-Fans] New Remind helper script: remint - a Text UI for Remind

I thought about moving this `tput civis` somewhere inside a function this morning while driving, and then got sidetracked by work and was just convince I did move it. I did not. Thanks for pointing that out, it should be fixed now.
