[RP-PPPoE] Question about using rp-pppoe without a username/password

Not correct--a business class AT&T DSL line, with a set of
static IP addresses assigned, doesn't require authentication.
The reason?  You have to "light up" that particular line,
they know which one it is, and so they do not require any
authentication.
