[RP-PPPoE] rp-pppoe slows down Latence

        Problem solved,

I re-compile the rp-pppoe sources with the samba ppp Package for Ring0 (Kernel Mode).
now i got it.

Important things should run into kernel mode..., forgotten.. sry
