[RP-PPPoE] RFC4638 1500 MTU

Hi, I wondered if there was any news on the implementation of RFC4638.  
The main VDSL+ service in the UK has a PPPoE MTU of 1500, but Linux 
doesn't support it.  I tried compiling this patch I found, but it fails 
to compile on my Ubuntu distro.
