Wouldn't it be easier to use MAC address filtering to block abusive
users?
I do not believe it's possible to get the PPPoE server to listen on
multiple interfaces without supplying multiple -I options, and thousands
of those will be impractical... it requires one file descriptor for
each listening interface.
