[RP-PPPoE] Fix for kernel-mode PPPoE compilation (was Re: some PPPoe advice would be appreciated.)

Sorry , accidently pressed sent before finishing my sentance :)

I mean , I'm guessing the '-k' switch should show up when running
pppoe-server -h ? That should be a pretty strong indication that
kernel mode were successfully baked in ?
