[RP-PPPoE] RP-PPPoE 3.15 is Released

Any plan to allow an MTU of 1500 (and 1508 over the ethernet link)?  Most UK FTTP providers seem to cope with this.  (Even larger packets may be appropriate for some links, but that would be a bit radical.)
