Right.  I am not in the business of providing infrastructure for embedded
Linux projects to repeatedly download software from my web server as part
of their build process.  This puts a lot of stress on my server for which
I am not compensated.

So sorry about that.  If buildroot.org wants a recipe to build
rp-pppoe 3.15, it should cache its own copy of the source code and serve
it to buildroot users.

You can grab the tarball from archive.org and then figure out a way to
make it available to buildroot users.
