[RP-PPPoE] missing https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz

Hello Dianne,

I am trying to fix this issue [1] arising from the lack of the version
rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz in the download section (i. e.
https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download).
In the mailing list [2] I read that it has been moved to
https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download/OLD/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz,
but even in that case, I am unable to download the tar.
What happened to it? Is it an anomaly or intentional?
Should I refer to
http://web.archive.org/web/20220523050110/https://dianne.skoll.ca/projects/rp-pppoe/download/rp-pppoe-3.15.tar.gz?
This is the only address from which I was able to download the tar.
