Shouldn't "-tt10" option supposed to help here?

By the way, does it add 10minutes to every timed reminder delta (existing or not), or does it set it to 10minutes (see our previous discussion about non-timed reminders / "-tn" option)?
I don't manage to get it working so I cannot say...
